The weather is like my scale readings -- all over the place but trending better. We have been able to get out for evening walks more often, which is nice. Our spring here has been a wet and a weird one. We had snow on the ground when I woke up yesterday.
Workouts for this week:
Monday: Yoga, short walk in the evening.
Tuesday: Swam for 40 minutes:
- 4 x 100: 75 free/25 stroke
- 4 x 100 kick
- 2 x 150 pull
- 2 x 100 IM
- 2 x 12.5 underwater kick/12.5 perfect swim
- 4 x 25 on :40
- 100 easy
Wednesday: Butts & Guts class
Thursday: Spin class
Friday: 20 minute run and 10 minutes walking in chilly, damp weather (see photos)
Saturday: Pilates Circuit class
Sunday: Will swim with my Masters' group
