ReplyDeleteIf you use the LoseIt! app, you can view them on the application homepage or schedule "motivators" -- the summary for the day or week can be emailed to an address you choose. So to make these posts, I have the summaries emailed to the post address for my blog.
ReplyDeleteYou go, girl! Love that you can have your weekly reports that spell out a summary of nutrition and exercise. And I especially love to see the great variety of activities you do for exercise; it's a reminder not to get stuck in a rut. Variety keeps you interested and works different muscle groups. The weight loss is also great, and a logical outcome of good work in living a balanced life.
