What I did this week: May 26 - June 1

This week it felt easier to stay on program. For one thing, there were no holidays, work trips, or family parties. I had to be at work here and there, but I could choose my own hours and made sure to eat most of my meals at home.

I also felt like I had a good week for activity:

Monday: Walk/run workout
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Walked
Thursday: Pulled out a bunch of rosebushes killed by the winter
Friday: Walk/run workout
Saturday: Pilates Circuit
Sunday: Biked 1 hr. in the morning, swam 50 minutes with the Masters.

I'm curious to see how eating less and doing more activity impact my weigh-in this week.


  1. Swimming suits arrive yet? My stuff seems to come very quickly, must be on some route thing.

  2. They are scheduled to arrive Wednesday. We live near a UPS hub so often we get pretty quick deliveries.
