Weekly weigh-in: Progress isn't linear

I'm updating this post because I don't want to get in the habit of apologizing when I have a bad week. My weigh-in is exactly what I would expect, given the circumstances. Looking at my weight graph above, it seems clear that I have had some big drops, and some smaller gains. That may just be what is normal given my body, my hormones, my lifestyle.

I am going to keep working on living "the healthiest lifestyle I can enjoy," and see if I can get things going downward again.  Thanks for stopping by.
