Yesterday's checklist

I wrote yesterday's post too early to do a checklist for the day, so I'm doing it now.  Having my husband also calorie counting with Lose It! has made it a lot easier for me to stay on track. Right now we're both on winter break, so it won't be quite as easy when we can't cook three meals a day at home, but both of us have done really well so far.

Yesterday's list:
  • Average 300 minutes a week of exercise, shooting for at least 30 minutes a day --60 minutes Spinning
  • Log all food in Lose It! and stay in the "green zone" -- Was under for the day enough to make up for New Year's Eve
  • Take my supplements -- taken
  • Drink at least 90 ounces of liquids each day -- 90 might be too low as I got almost 150 ounces yesterday
  • Get at least 35 grams of fiber per day -- Almost 50 grams
It feels good to have a good start to the new year. Now I just have to keep it up.
