Yesterday's list:
- Average 300 minutes a week of exercise, shooting for at least 30 minutes a day --60 minutes Spinning
- Log all food in Lose It! and stay in the "green zone" -- Was under for the day enough to make up for New Year's Eve
- Take my supplements -- taken
- Drink at least 90 ounces of liquids each day -- 90 might be too low as I got almost 150 ounces yesterday
- Get at least 35 grams of fiber per day -- Almost 50 grams
It feels good to have a good start to the new year. Now I just have to keep it up.
