Favorite foods

For the curious, a list of my most-frequently-logged foods for the last 4 weeks, courtesy of Lose It:

  1. curious what didn't make the list - ? how often do you have to eat something for the system to tag it? And for things like green beans, asparagus, broccoli, greens, does it keep all of them separate? (because I realized you could eat a lot of green veggies and they wouldn't show up at all depending on how much variety you eat).

    1. It looks like things that I eat almost every day came up -- and you are right, it counts each individual food, so grape tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and regular tomatoes are separate foods, as are baby spinach and regular spinach. And if a veggie is part of a recipe I have entered, it doesn't come up either.

  2. Lady Almina and the Real Downton Abbey: The Lost Legacy of Highclere Castle

...get the real story behind Highclere Castle, the inspiration and setting for the Emmy-winning Downton Abbey. The current Lady Carnavon draws from diaries and letters from the castle's archives to tell the story of Lady Almina, the real-life counterpart of TV's Cora Crawley.

Wondered if you had noticed this one on audible.
