Just heard a great idea in my meeting

One woman set a goal to have 1 fruit and 1 vegetable in every meal. Something to try for this week!

  1. i really like that idea. not only will it help me focus on getting the number of fruits & veggies daily up, but i am soo sure it'll help me be satisfied longer.

    fruit isnt the issue - its those veggies...haha
