Yes, it can be discouraging. BUT the reality is that you easily enough could have been up a couple pounds just from a normal fluctuation so .6 is "nothing". And doesn't history show you that if you aren't "working" on your weight issues that you likely just keep increasing? Be glad you are working on it and look forward to when your "good" days far out number your "bad" days. As long as you don't give up, you will reach your goal eventually. Oh, and "The Biggest Loser" is on tonight!
