30 in 30, Day 6

Yesterday I rode for 95 minutes on my new bike. Today was Pilates Reformer (1 hour), some light strength and stretching work (10 minutes), and some focused housework (1 hour). Tomorrow is swimming, and I will also be cheering on some people at a big local race.

  1. Yesterday I ran my 6.44 mile hill route and today I hiked for nearly 2 hours. Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. I CAN'T WAIT to take my bike out...not that I have any good excuse for not doing it so far...other than lazy!

    Yesterday I walked 5.5 miles in about 2 hours...and then today I help set up a wedding and walked around the small town I was in...

  3. Yesterday, I ran 2.5 miles on the treadmill and then a 50 minute Pilates class. Today, I taught a group of young ladies some belly dance basics and a little routine, and then ran to watch my niece play soccer and ran home, about 1.5 miles total. I hope to ride my bike tomorrow, or swim and weights.
